Shinz Design is proud to have transformed this existing one bed flat with a kitchen/living/dining area, into a duplex, two double bedroom flat, with separate living room and kitchen/dining area, as well as a shower, bathroom and utility room, with innovative design. The project’s contemporary design retained the touch of the existing building fabric, with a bold colour scheme resulting in an unforgettable statement to this little flat in the heart of Islington. Shinz Design worked closely with the Building Services Engineer to overcome the existing services arrangement serving 3 other flats, without compromising the long term use of the flat and other residents.
