SHH's client purchased a half-acre North London plot, with an existing 5,000 sq ft 1960's house in St John's Wood - and commissioned SHH to obtain planning permission to demolish it and to design and build in its place a classically-proportioned, 18,400 sq ft, 5-storey family home.
