Corporate fit-out for Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) administrative building. The scheme was developed by concept architects to implementation architects and finally handed to the contractor's design and build architect. Sheppard Robson's scope included nine floors above ground with two basement levels located beneath the building. The fit-out comprises open and cellular offices with integrated social spaces, and a main restaurant space to serve both the RBS buildings located within the Spinningfields site. Sheppard Robson were also commissioned to ensure that the base build met the agreement for lease and the design intent.
