The development will provide 216 new apartments, 34,000 sq.m. office space together with ground floor retail space. The design enhances the quality of the existing buildings which includes the mediaeval church of St Bartholomew the Great and St Bart's hospital. The public realm will be re-animated and transformed into a useable, permeable and highly legible environment.
