fort dunlop - the fort is shedkm’s biggest and most long running project to date. the regenerated warehouse occupies a highly visible site alongside the M6 at birmingham making the most of a dramatic concept which uses the extension of a blue services spine into a 7 story hotel with a matrix of porthole windows reminiscent of a transatlantic liner. a highly visible roof deck with conference suites and the building’s insignia, completes the illusion. completed - 2008
