This is The Retreat, in the conservation area of Shoreham. When we first saw it, the building was a one-bed house built in 1867, unsustainably heated up by Butane Gas bottles. Our design team redesigned the house into this luxurious three-bed home. As part of the design, an air source heat pump and solar panels were added to create an energy-efficient family home, that retains the character of beautiful Shoreham. The construction was then taken care of by one of our partners to ensure the project was finished to the highest quality.
