Client : Confidential Location : Harrogate Seven worked closely with their client to construct a detailed brief, making sure that we understood their aspirations and tastes, to progress a proposal to submit for a planning application for a unique family dwelling with associated car parking provision and landscaping. The resultant proposal is reflective of the brief and will provide the client and their family with a bright, open and family friendly house which will relate directly to the generous garden whilst providing extra bedrooms for guests, a swimming pool, cinema room and generous living spaces for the family to enjoy. The clients were keen to incorporate environmental features and as such the house is designed to meet code level 4 and has been designed to utilise aspect, thermal efficiency, rainwater harvesting and a ground source heat pump.
