This new build, low-carbon family home in St Albans achieved planning approval in early 2023 and we are currently working up the detailed design. Some of the Sustainable elements in the design include canopy overhangs providing protection from glazing overheating, shaded veranda areas, an air source heat pump, electric car charging point and high performance, well insulated/ airtight wall, floor and roof build ups.
