Wembley Manor, located on London Road, Wembley is a new SEND school providing an additional 150 secondary age SEND places in the local area. The pupils have a range of different special educational needs but primarily around autism and behavioural issues. Wembley Manor welcomed its first pupils in October 2025 after volumetric offsite fabrication, maximising PMV. The three-storey building is a BREEAM Outstanding and NZCiO building. The project achieved BREEAM Outstanding and was shortlisted in the New Commercial Construction category at the BREEAM Awards 2025. The new school is 3800m2 and the site includes a new associated multi-use games area (MUGA) pitch, external landscaping, and carparking with a designated drop off zone for pupils.
