Complete refurbishment and conversion of a collection of highly dilapidated canal-side buildings in Kensal, formerly the home of Saga Records, into Grade A office accommodation. First phase of a wider masterplan, intended to establish a presence on site in a comparatively short space of time, the completed design comprised the reconfiguration of internal spaces, building fabric improvements and the introduction of a timber structure to create a raised deck and associated landscape features.
