Green Park Village School is located in Green Park Village, a new 1400 property signature development by Berkeley Homes on the outskirts of Reading. The School and its surroundings have been designed to frame and highlight the main communal gathering and social space of this exclusive development. The building was fully designed and built using offsite modular fabrication for all the cellular spaces and the large main hall and features an internal "street" which affords a welcoming sense of openness. This project was awarded to our Contractor-Client, Reds10 as a result of the benefits offered by offsite fabrication, notably cost, quality and programme.
