ÜberRaum Architects were invited to design a masterplan for a new residential development of 70 luxury villas on a site at the foot of mountains in the north of Azerbaijan. Each villa frames the landscape, engaging with the dramatic location of these homes. Natural, tactile materials are used, and interpreted in a contemporary manner.
