Extending the ground floor of a Victorian terraced house, this project creates a new open plan kitchen, dining and living space connecting to a new utility and downstairs WC. Heritage glazing and flat roof lights ensure the new space is filled with natural light. Working closely with both the client and builder to achieve their design aspirations within budget, we also liaised with the Local Authority on their behalf to obtain the necessary Planning & Building Control consents.
