SDA Architecture provided full architectural services for this project within the Caldy conservation area. Our clients wanted a unique contemporary family dwelling that maximised views from the plot over the Dee Estuary. The house was to use passive house principles, including the integration of a MVHR system combined with an insulated concrete form work construction.
