Renovation and refurbishment of a historic building situated within the Deansgate conservation area in Bolton. An iconic landmark in the city centre since 1912, the former home to renowned 'Prestons of Bolton' jewellers is being reinvented as a mixed-use business hub incorporating café-restaurant, serviced offices & community/meeting spaces. Preserving the historic building fabric wile making much needed upgrades, the works contribute to regenerating the high street and enhancing the setting of the conservation area.
