The project saw the full conversion of a disused former hair training academy in the Ropewalks Area of Liverpool to provide three commercial spaces and a luxury apart hotel comprising 13 serviced apartments. Undertaking a full redesign, we assisted our client C&R Projects in meeting the relevant planning requirements and building regulations for a mix of uses including commercial and hospitality. The new luxury apart-hotel contains 13 serviced apartments, ranging from group studios to 3-bed apartments, all with light and airy rooms and high-end fitted kitchens and bathrooms.
