This project involved the design of a small extension at first floor level and alterations to the house internally. Although these works were relatively modest they have transformed the house. We provided a full service. The house is located in the UNESCO Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, in the Tamar Valley AONB and is also within the Calstock Conservation Area.
