This project involved the internal refurbishment and the addition of a new loft bedroom in a house situated within the prestigious Hampstead Garden Suburb Conservation Area, North London. We delivered a range of services from design development to the final stages of construction. Under the strict guidelines of the Conservation Area and building regulations, we designed a loft bedroom with an ensuite shower room, ensuring it remained inconspicuous from the outside, blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture. We maintained essential communication with the conservation officer during key phases. Our role included preparing a detailed scope of works, cost consultancy, quantity surveying for the tendering process, alongside managing tender negotiations and contract administration. We successfully achieved completion of this project both on time and on budget.
