We provided planning and building regulatons services for a residential development for two dwellings on a brownfield site to replace the existing buildings at a former ATS tyre depot site with the exception of retaining the front elevation of the original Smithy building which dates back to c1871 onwards. The site is located within the settlement boundary and Conservation Area of Marford and is the first property on entering the village. The scheme was designed to respect the local character and the open countryside
