A residential development site comprising of 50 units including both new build and the conversion of existing Victorian structures over looking the English Channel. Due to its location the new housing typologies were designed to be highly sustainable, harnessing the potential from the sun, wind and rain. Within the proposal we designed a bespoke multi-purpose training centre for use by the local community.
