The restoration of part of Southend Pier following the fire in 2005 that destroyed the pier head and southern train station. The project included the reinstatement of a larger part of the pier structure and deck and the design and construction of a new train station at the southern end of the railway. The Pier is the longest pleasure pier in the world and is a Listed Building. Our appointment was to take the project from inception through to completion.
