Saunders Partnership were appointed to undertake the detail design and construction detailing of this multi phase development for Barratt Homes. The development totals 350 dwellings including private and housing association homes, built to HQI, Life Time Homes and Code for Sustainable homes (level 3) standards. Totalling 5 phases, the first phase started on site in January 2012 with the development due for completion in late 2015.
