Satish Jassal Architects have won planning permission to add an additional floor to an existing office in West Kensington. We have also completed a refurbishment of this 1980's office. The first phase involved refurbishing the existing office spaces to bring them up to modern standards. A variety of office spaces provide a unique type of office accommodation for small to medium-sized companies. The second phase involves the creation of an additional floor while keeping the rest of the building tenanted. The new office space has been carefully designed to respect the conservation areas nearby. The roof extension has added almost 2,500sqft of office space to the building.
