The scheme provides 100% social rent homes, including apartments, family townhouses and intergenerational maisonettes, all dual or triple aspect for excellent daylight and ventilation. A new public square, landscaped spaces and a mews street improve safety, connectivity and access to transport. The car-free development is low-carbon, with over 81% of energy demand met through on-site renewables.
