A replacement sustainable dwelling in the Peak District National Park approved as an exception to policy. Set within the Peak district, this site commands fabulous views across to Chatsworth House. The house is highly contextual with a stone rainscreen that has been specifically developed for this project. The house has been designed to last a whole generation by using robust and long life materials and technologies. Winner of both the nationals Stone Awards and national Timber Awards .
