Since its transformation, this house has become a local landmark and gives the impression of being a renovated windmill, which was the intention of the design. The three-storey circular tower extension was added together with a circular walkway, octagonal sun lounge, and a curved porch.This was a major project, with only the family bathroom remaining unchanged. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the whole of the ground floor as well as in both first & second floors of the tower extension. Rooflights were used to bring natural light to the previously dark landing, and a new polished Sapele staircase was added together with a dramatic mosaic-tiled entrance hallway.
