The reworking of an existing courtyard farmstead. Integrating existing derelict barn areas into a large family dwelling. The dwelling's renovation will provide triple the existing floor area as well as integrating the existing underused courtyard which will also become central to the dwelling. The thermal performance of the project will also be maximised through the use of high-performance triple glazing, high-performance insulation as well as a host of passive solar design strategies.
