The linking of two six storey Georgian town houses and their conversion into high tech editing suites. The scheme delivers simple, calm spaces for both clients and technical operators. Bespoke workstations were designed as the focal point for each of the 16 suites, which were decorated in a simple palette of colours and lit subtly. On the ground floor there is a reception area, a formal meeting room and a bar which doubles as an exhibition space. The building required very high servicing for technical equipment which had to be co-ordinated within a grade II listed building.
