We were responsible for planning condition applications, ensuring that our client's intent matched the approved documentation. Once all was as per the Client's preference, we were appointed to provide structural design in parallel with the building control package including technical construction specifications meeting building regulations. Party wall agreements were also included in our services. Our client was the main contractor responsible for the construction. Even though we were not project managing or administrating contract handling, we did get involved as consultants to deal with subcontractors, and suppliers including certain drawing revisions making sure detailing was according to the specialist's recommendation.
