The project comprised a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to a 1930s house in Bishopston, Bristol. The side extension provided a bedroom and bathroom at first floor level and bedroom, WC and utility on the ground floor. The rear extension is clad in cedar with a green roof and creates a modern, bright and colourful open-plan kitchen, living and dining area which is the heart of the family home. Large skylights and bifold doors bring in lots of natural light and views of the garden.
