This residential project comprised a loft conversion, single storey rear extension and associated alterations to an existing dwelling. We successfully secured two Householder Planning Permissions, followed by a Non-Material Amendment and a Variation of Condition to accommodate design refinements during construction. Our role included leading the planning process, liaising with the Local Planning Authority, preparing technical drawings for a Full Plans Building Regulations submission, and providing ongoing support throughout the construction phase to help deliver the project from concept through to site.
