Alteration to existing property, Within a Conservation Area
A bespoke project down to the finer details. Victorian house de-conversion and restoration (previously two homes) with townscape merit, running in parallel to a full interior refurbishment, encompassing 5 bedrooms, en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, bespoke kitchen, family room, cinema with bar, pool, sauna and gym. The build was highly technical and included a basement swimming pool, lift, retractable garden deck, commercial grade air-conditioning and a staircase honed out of blocks of solid marble. The pool spanned indoor and outdoor space, with mechanical glazing and pool cover. This high value renovation was taken from initial planning application stages right through to full site management and, ultimately, completion. The scale and value of the project brought a huge degree of complexity, with us operating as project leads managing a huge array of consultants, subcontractors and specialist trades.
