Located on a corner site in Putney, this project comprised nine apartments in a distinctive brick new-build development. A palette of light bricks, considered coursing details, zing mansard roofing and bronzed window detailing was used to create a range of one to three bedroom apartments, all meeting and exceeding the relevant standards. Taking the project from concept design through to completion, the resulting development performed very well in the competitive Putney market, selling all units before its completion.
