We worked with the clothing and footwear brand Berghaus to transform their existing HQ and deliver a re-invigorated workspace that supports openness and improves communication between teams, enhances sustainability and showcases the brand’s technical product innovation, performance and heritage. The fit-out of the 2 storey building now offers a fabulous new entrance, light and spacious working zones and a range of flexible glazed meeting areas for staff and guests. Various sustainability measures include raising the EPC rating from E to C. The project is an exciting model for the retrofit of tired offices, demonstrating the quality of environment that can be delivered in a cost-effective way by enhancing the positive aspects of existing buildings, embodying brand meaningfully and incorporating an inventiveness that makes spaces work effectively and feel good to use.
