Listed Grade II, Olde Denne is a C17 cottage which has been developed over the centuries, undergoing various adaptations and extensions during the C19 and C20th. Located in West Sussex. The objective of the Works was to provide the client with the desired internal spaces whilst preserving the integrity of the house. The proposal was to replace the later C20th additions with an oak framed barn-like structure to accommodate the kitchen with a family room. And to extend part of the footprint upwards to provide an additional bedroom and ensuite bathroom at first floor level.
