Built in the C16th with bays added in the C17th the farmhouse is a traditional Surrey manor of an oak frame with clay tile hanging and chequer brickwork. The proposal was to construct an oak frame extension to provide a family room for entertaining and create a light, bright and open space for enjoyment of the gardens.
