We provided the clients with a full service from carrying out the measured survey through to the contract administration. The clietn approached us with the thoughts of extending out to the side over the garage to increase the size of teh bathroom to the front as well as being able to get an ensuite off the main bedroom at the rear. They also wanted to consider the possibility of making use of the existing roof space for a play room area. If possible they also wanted to be able to put a new bathroom at teh loft level. Considering the brief and planning considertion we came up with the proposals as built. To the side of the rear bedroom a small walk in wardrobe and ensuite were formed. upstairs in the loft over this end we were able to fit in an additional bathroom and able to get in a shower only through we think a clever idea. The clietn wasvery keen to have a shower at eh loft level but there was only limited hedroom and positions the showwer could be making it more or less impossible. If you look a teh new eelvation there is a new chimney added which is in fact the shower area in the loft bathroom with the chimney being designed to give ample headroom and space for the shower.
