The project was an existing bungalow which was in need of general repairs and modernizaton which was purchased by our client. They were intending to buy and refurbish to either rent out or for private sale. The bungalow was wanted to mofify so the living areas were largeer and a more open plan as well as trying to get and additional bedroom in the roof area. The buildinfg was considered and the proposals shown were arrived at where the two bedrooms on the ground floor at the front of the building were retinaned and in the rear the existing bathroom and kitchen were altered into a bathroom and utility space with a new extension buitl at the rear for the new kitchen. The bungalow floor level was higher than the ground level and so the new kitchen was built down at the ground level of the garden for the use of bifolding doors across this area. The external areas were altered for the new patio and garden layout and the new gaarage built. The fencing around the site was removed and a new brick retaining wall with railings over built.
