Working closely with our client, we designed a bespoke replacement home in Timsway, Staines-upon-Thames, overlooking the River Thames. We provided a full architectural service from concept design and planning permission through to detailed technical drawings for construction. The project involved the demolition of the existing house and the creation of a contemporary four-bedroom dwelling with a detached garage and home office. Careful consideration was given to the site's riverside character, flood risk requirements and neighbouring properties. By combining traditional materials with modern design, the completed home is filled with natural light, maximises river views and enhances both the street scene and river frontage.
