RLM Architects were commissioned to create a new main entrance to the hospital as the existing entrance was to be closed to allow the construction of the new BEACH Building at the front of the hospital. The West Entrance was to include a new main reception and a café and our vision was to create an open and light space achieved by the extensive use of glazing and pitched ceilings.
