The Clarence Centre for Enterprise and Innovation at London South Bank University is a careful juxtaposition of old and new, incorporating office space and support for start-up businesses as well as a public café and gallery into two Grade II listed Georgian terraces and a former pub. It provides a gateway to the University quarter with permeable pedestrian links through the site to other parts of the campus.
