Building a two storey extension creating large open plan family area and kitchen. Works included demolishing a poorly constructed single storey extension and removing a chimney stack. New windows were installed and fold back patio doors. Planning permission was also sought to reclad the front, side and existing balcony of part of the property used as a holiday let. The refurbishment will improve the street scene.
