The Meadows is a Georgian-style home with double garage, gym and outdoor pool near Cardiff. Richmond Bell Architects designed the house to replace an old bungalow and collection of run-down outbuildings and provide spacious accommodation for the clients and their young family. It contains 6 bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, playroom, study, snug, utility and boot room. The design also takes into account the surrounding countryside, which is a designated Special Landscape Area and The Meadows will provide an attractive addition to this landscape. Vale of Glamorgan Council granted planning permission for The Meadows in 2019 and work began on site in early 2021.
