The unique development of a range of four-bedroom bespoke homes ranging from 1800 to 2500sqft have been designed to incorporate open-plan living with generous accommodation space. The homes are of timber frame construction, faced with locally-sourced natural stone and/or timber cladding with natural slate roofs. All are designed and built within a design code developed for the site and many include renewables. The countryside development has been designed to create a new residential community with a distinctive sense of place that enjoys the existing landscape and spectacular views of the Lakeland Fells.
