Planning application submitted mid September 2003 for a scheme of 52 new build affordable apartments for Wandle Housing Association on two adjacent sites in Croydon. Planning approval gained May 2004. Design and Build contract (consequently my involvement ceased after the design and successful planning application) - started construction in mid 2005 with completion in stages. The small site was handed over in April and the larger site completed in three phases in July, August and October 2006.
