The project included the demolition of the existing dilapidated residential building on the site and the construction of 8 new detached dwelling houses in North London. The contemporary proposal was designed to be sensitive to its immediate surroundings as it was bounded by a listed curtilage structure, adjacent a Grade II listed Villa and opposite a Conservation Area.
