Richard Eves Architects have completed a substantial residential extension and refurbishment of a property in Knaresborough. Working in conjunction with Ashfield Building Group on a traditional contract, this scheme created two large extensions to the rear of the property with clear views out to the river Nidd. The renovation of this property has seen the addition of a large sun room, new open plan kitchen/dining area and new entrance hall to the ground floor and a new master bedroom and en-suite on the first floor with three existing bedrooms and a family bathroom being retained.
