We have been working with Curo to deliver the Reserved Matters application for 280 new homes in Somerset, following their successful Outline permission granted in 2023. The site is designed with a large wetland running East to West, creating connectivity via an ecological corridor. This space also provides a mix of play spaces, cycle routes and landscaping. Different typologies focused around; primary routes, mews lanes, park edges and wetland edges set the parameters for changes in material, style and scale.
