Re-Format worked with St John’s School, Marlborough from inception to the completion of their new secondary school for 1600 pupils. This completely new school was built alongside an existing working school which was then demolished to provide an enabling housing development. This was an innovative design at £1250 per sq/m, well below BSF guidelines current at the time. This is a high profile site on a hill top above Marlborough requiring a very well conceived design strategy. Planning consent was granted on the first application.
