A complex amalgam of a Children's Centre/Surestart Centre, together with a community hall facility and phase 1 of a new primary school comprising all the new administrative and reception facilities. It was a brave suggestion in an area like Langley Green which had seen no new development since the 1970s but now it is in situ, it perfectly sits in the centre of Langley Green and will become a landmark with real presence. I would have no hesitation in using Re-Format again.
